About the Game

City of Oaths is a story-driven action-adventure crime game set in a dark, rain-soaked city ruled by broken promises and silent wars.

You play as Sam Romano, a 26-year-old taxi driver trying to survive in LyanSee City — a place where loyalty is bought with blood and every favor comes with a price. Struggling to pay his mother’s medical bills, Sam is pulled into the world of organized crime after a single wrong night behind the wheel.

What begins as simple jobs soon escalates into bank robberies, assassinations, and a full-scale mafia war between rival families. As the city descends into chaos, Sam must navigate betrayal, violence, and moral choices — all while being hunted by both criminals and the law.

This is not a power fantasy.
This is the story of a man slowly losing his old life — and becoming something else.
