About the Game

Chronia: The Rotcore is a turn-based RPG set in the fantasy land of Tinotella. You act as a newbie mercenary, travelling across the land to find your origin. Walking across multiple kingdoms during the war times is not an easy task. Part with teams, deal with monsters or even humans, sometimes, witness great views. What will your path be? It is your choice to shape your journey.

THE LAND OF TINOTELLA

Oh, Tinotella, Western part of the world, a land of valleys and mountains. A motherland of civilizations. Complex political forms emerged for years and years, and none shall not perish. Now, the turning point of history. Past, the destroyer tear down the old empire, his descendants do the same, but with the new great undertaking.

“Once the sweet smell of death flows out of every living being, never would Melas not appear to have a lick on her best cuisine."

The Rotcore…brewer of the dead souls…

The smell, as well, attracts someone who strives for great power. Are you going to face these?

CHOOSE YOUR WAY TO SURVIVE

  • Customize your character

There are 100+ distinct types of normal and unique gears, 150+ nodes of passives and skills for you to build your own unique character.

Choose wisely and be prepared for any threats. Divinities are not on your side every time.

  • Forge the god-like gears

Weapons and armours provide different bonuses to your character, sometimes unbelievably extreme strength…but they are randomized. Smithing and rune-crafting can help with it, but they are not something easy to manipulate.

  • Every move is important, be tactical

Strong equipment and a well-trained body are your foundation, but your decisions in the battlefield determine your life and death. Even a sick kid can kill a sleeping, exhausting battle-master.

  • Face unfriendly folks, wandering beasts and monsters

Some wise beings are nice, but not for those fierce folks. The land is still dangerous with all nice people. Bandits, army deserters, forest beasts, powerful “monsters”... even, divinity itself. Do not look down on them. Deal with them for the peace of the realm like a “monster hunter”, or just leave them behind if you wish.

  • The land is far beyond

Tinotella is larger than you thought, and so do the stories. Wander around, stay curious, and you can always find some surprises.

THE NEVER-ENDING ADVENTURES

Tinotella is full of mysteries and surprises. The time shall reveal them one by one.

  • New regions

Though Tinotella is only a part of the whole world, a mortal cannot explore everything within their short life...

New settlements, new tribal villages, new threatening beasts, new divinities... You can still encounter them even after your long march.

  • New stories

Stories must have an ending, but folk tales do not.
