Christine's Care is a slice-of-life yuri visual novel set in early 2000s Canada. After a painful breakup with her boyfriend, Christine moves to a big city and takes on a new role as a nurse. She is assigned to care for Hannah, a woman her own age who is paralyzed from the waist down.

Christine is immediately struck by Hannah’s complexity—intelligent, beautiful, yet deeply bitter about her condition. As the story unfolds, the two women grow closer, forging a connection that might transform both of their lives. Will Christine be the one to help Hannah find new hope, or will Hannah end up changing Christine in ways she never expected?

Meanwhile, Christine encounters an unusual couple: Marlon, a muscular Latina with a commanding presence, and Liz, a delicate, half-Asian woman in a submissive role. Their dominant/submissive relationship is unlike anything Christine has experienced, but she quickly becomes fascinated by their dynamic. One day, Marlon invites her to take control and dominate Liz, an offer that Christine unexpectedly enjoys.

Last but not least, Donna, Christine's boss, is grappling with marital troubles. Suspecting her husband of infidelity, she finds herself on shaky ground. Will Christine step in to support her, offering a helping hand—and perhaps a shoulder to lean on when she needs it most?
