Six structured training campaigns take you from absolute beginner to advanced player, each focused on a specific part of the game. Piece movement. Tactics. Openings. Middlegame strategy. Endgames. Deep calculation. Hand-crafted lessons and puzzles, carefully ordered so every concept builds on the last. No guessing what to study next. No jumping in the deep end. CLIMB THE LEAGUE

League Mode is a football-style division system with 6 tiers, from Wooden Shield to Diamond Crown. Play a full season against the AI opponents in your division. Finish 1st to promote. Finish last and face relegation. Earn trophies, collect stars, and climb your way to the top. Win Division 1 and you unlock a 2-game showdown against Phantom, the hidden League Champion. Can you claim the crown?


THEN COMES THE REAL TEST

Training and League are just the beginning. Chess Kingdom gives you every reason to keep playing.

  • 40 AI opponents, each with a distinct personality, playstyle, and country. From Daisy the friendly beginner to Titan the ruthless master, and two secret opponents to unlock.

  • Tournaments. Single Elimination, Round Robin, Swiss. Climb a bracket. Prove your ranking.

  • Elimination Mode. Win or go home. One loss ends your run. How far can you get?

  • Async Online Multiplayer. Challenge friends via Steam and make your move whenever you're ready. No need to be online at the same time.

  • Daily Puzzles and Puzzle Rush. Stay sharp every day.

  • Play Kung Fu Chess: a real-time mode where both players move at the same time with no turns, or go Extreme and earn buffs, unlock power tiers, and unleash double moves by playing aggressively.

  • Atomic Chess: a tactical new variant where every capture detonates a 3×3 explosion, kings can't capture, and blowing up the enemy king wins the game instantly.

  • Game Analysis. See exactly where you won or lost, move by move.

Choose your country from more then 40 nations, each with a unique piece set inspired by that country's culture and art. Indian Mughal pieces. Japanese Shogi-influenced designs. Dutch Delft-style boards. Your flag in your profile. Your style on the board. Unlock more as you level up through 100 player levels: piece sets, board themes, backgrounds, and titles earned through real progress.
