About the Game

Your body is the controller.

Catch Flex is a rhythm game where you move to the music using your whole body. Your movements are tracked with a regular camera — webcam or phone — no VR headset required.

Gameplay

Cut Blocks

Slash through blocks with your hand or foot. Match the arrow direction for bonus points.

Collect Rings

Step on floor rings with your feet. Grab air rings with your hands.

Dodge Obstacles

Step over low barriers or move around them.

Kick Balls

Kick with either foot — or get creative with your hand or head.

Play Together

Grab a friend for a local split-screen versus match. The second player connects the companion phone app as their tracker: one PC, one screen, two players.

Controls

Move the cursor with your right hand. To click, raise your left hand above your head and hold until the button fills. To pause during gameplay, raise both hands and bring them together.

About Body Tracking

Real-time body tracking from a single camera is challenging — perfect accuracy and zero latency aren't possible with current technology. The game is designed to feel responsive within these limits.

For best results:

  • Good lighting

  • Avoid black or very loose clothing

  • Keep your full body visible to the camera

If your PC struggles with tracking, use the companion phone app instead — both devices need to be on the same Wi-Fi network.
