The Castle

It was supposed to be a fun Halloween adventure —just you and your friends exploring an old, abandoned castle at night. But some places were never meant to be found… and this is one of them.

You get separated, and things quickly take a dark turn.

You’re trapped. And you’re not alone.

Paranormal creatures are hiding in the shadows, and an unseen presence watches your every move.

As you search for your missing friends, you’ll uncover a hidden history of human experimentation, twisted rituals, and supernatural horrors buried deep within the walls. Will you be able to find your friends and escape with them?

Gameplay

Castle Forbidden is a single-player horror experience focused on stealth, exploration, and puzzle-solving —with a touch of parkour.

Your only tool is a malfunctioning flashlight.

As you make your way through the castle, you’ll explore surreal rooms, solve strange environmental puzzles, uncover hidden secrets, and avoid deadly traps. Each area introduces new threats, mechanics, and twisted environments as the castle transforms around you.

But the real danger is sound. Every movement creates echoes. A live sound gauge tracks how much noise you’re making (in-game). Be too loud, and the Guard will come hunting. If the gauge fills up completely, there won’t be time to hide.

And if he finds you… it’s over.

Even more dangerous are the creatures lurking in the dark. Born of the castle’s experiments, they cannot be fought. Your only hope is to stay quiet and pray they pass you by.

Your journey leads to a final decision —one that will decide your survival and reveal the castle’s darkest secret.
