About the Game

Home is where your herd is!

In Capybara: The Great Journey, you take control of Delício, a friendly orphan capybara who has no idea where he came from, but knows exactly who he belongs to: the kind farmer who adopted and raised him with love since he was a pup.

The problem is that the peaceful times are over. The beloved farm they grew up on is in ruins and on the verge of bankruptcy. The fences are down, the fields are dry, the coffers are empty, and a ruthless bank threatens to seize the property. For years, Delício and his friends never left the safe borders of the farm, but now, they will need to cross the boundary into the unknown to save the only home they know!

🐾 Play Solo or Online Co-op

You don't have to carry this weight alone! Take on the role of Delício or join up to three friends in online multiplayer. Your friends will control the capybara's inseparable companions: a cunning pig, a loyal dog, and a brave sheep. Divide the tasks, gather money, and work as a team to prevent the bank from taking everything.

🌾 Rebuild, Plant, and Evolve

Literally get your paws in the dirt! Start by clearing the ruined land and work hard to rebuild the place.

  • Agriculture and Livestock: Plant strategic crops, take care of new animal breeding, and manage the harvest.

  • Hard Work: Accept jobs in the region, fix broken machinery, and invest your profits wisely.

  • Constant Evolution: Upgrade the farm's structures, build new facilities, and turn a bankrupt plot of land into an agricultural powerhouse.

🗺️ Explore the World Beyond the Fence

To pay off the debts and save the farmer, just staying on the farm won't be enough. Venture into a vast world full of Quests, exploring four major regions to find rare resources, new jobs, and unique characters:

  • The Forest: Mysterious, dense, and full of essential gathering materials.

  • The Desert: Scorching and unforgiving, where resource management is tested to the limit.

  • The Ice Mountains: A freezing environment that will require preparation from your herd.

  • The Big City: The bustling financial heart, where the big deals (and the bank's debt collectors) are.
