About the Game

Camps is a tactical sandbox focused on player-made, fully destructible playgrounds.

Using an in-game location constructor, players design military bases, compounds, and custom combat environments, then deploy and fight as everything can be destroyed.

  • Create your own combat locations using an embedded location constructor.

  • Design bases, compounds, or experimental layouts.

  • Locations are not decorative, they become real, playable combat zones.

CAMPS provides intuitive and easy-to-use toolsets for creating user generated content (UGC) and distributing it to the Steam Workshop.

  • Fully destructible environments where walls, structures, and cover can collapse.

  • Battles evolve as the terrain changes during combat.

  • No position is permanently safe.

  • Procedural map generation ensures every session is different.

  • Emergent gameplay driven by adaptable scenarios and missions.

  • Equipment and loot categorized by type and durability.

  • Risk-reward decisions on every deployment.

  • Gear choices directly affect survival and tactics.

  • Focus on player freedom and experimentation.

  • Designed for replayability and unpredictable outcomes.

  • No two battles play the same.

  • Ballistics, ricochets and various types of surface penetrations.
