About the Game

Build. Manage. Prosper

Pitch the first tent. Build an outdoor empire.

Camping Keeper is a management game where every camper is a little character living their own life: they arrive, check in at reception, settle in, take a shower, grab an ice cream, grumble when the restrooms are dirty… then leave a review that will make or break your reputation.

Guests bring their own home (tent, caravan, camper van) or rent a fully equipped cabin. A bare tent site earns little but costs almost nothing. Rentals earn big but demand investment and upkeep. Packed budget campground or upscale resort: you decide your campground's identity!

Build the campground, run the pipes

A shaded site near the restrooms but away from the noisy pool is worth far more than a bare patch in the blazing sun. Cram them in for revenue, space them out for satisfaction. Every meter counts, and a single tree or hedge shifts a site's value.

Then comes the part the brochure never shows: water and power don't appear by magic. Run pipes and lines out to your sites and restrooms, place meters and hookups, treat waste water at the treatment plant, and watch for overload as the campground grows. And everything you build, from reception to showers to the pool, needs access, utilities and upkeep.

Watch them live their holiday

Every camper thinks, feels and follows their own desires. Families, retirees, young groups or backpackers: four guest profiles with conflicting expectations. The young partygoer wants noise and life; the retiree wants peace and shade. Put them side by side and you'll hear about it! Your campers tell you at a glance how well your campground is running.

And the sky has its say. Sun, rain, heatwave, storm: the weather sets the tone of the day. A downpour drives the swimmers away and fills the common room; a storm turns the paths to mud and threatens flooding; a heatwave sends everyone hunting for shade and a cold drink. Four seasons pace the year, and your campers adapt before your eyes.

Manage prices, staff and upkeep

Guests pay a fixed fee on arrival. From there, everything rides on the stay you give them, and on a payroll that never stops.

  • Staff: receptionists, cleaners, technicians, each with their own tasks

  • Cleanliness: overflowing bins, restrooms and sites to clean

  • Catering: four tiers, from vending machines to a full restaurant

  • Dynamic pricing: weekends, demand, occupancy

  • Leisure: pool, supervised swimming, water slide, campfires, barbecues, playgrounds

  • Repairs: broken equipment stays unusable until a technician gets to it

Prosper: from one star to five

Every stay ends in a rated, commented online review, and those reviews build your reputation, which is what brings in the next guests. Keep your facilities running and your star rating climbs; let the restrooms rot and it falls just as fast.

Each scenario is a campground of its own, with missions to complete and Bronze, Silver and Gold trophies to earn. Reinvest your profits, expand the grounds, and take a muddy one-star field all the way to a five-star destination. Rather build with nobody watching? Sandbox mode is there for that.

Build. Manage. Prosper.
