Camp Manager Simulator is a first-person management sim where you start with a modest patch of lakeside land and grow it, tent by tent, into a full camping resort. Every guest you serve, facility you build, and expansion you buy shapes your campground.
Build and expand
Design the campsite your way. Place tents, caravans, and bungalows freely, add service buildings and utilities, and decorate with benches, lanterns, and pathways. Purchase new land sections to unlock fresh ground for your ideas and decide what kind of place you're building: a rugged back-to-basics retreat or a comfortable lakeside resort.
Keep your campers happy
Your guests arrive with their own personalities and dialogue: families, groups of friends, solo travelers. Manage their reservations at reception, keep the grounds clean, maintain facilities, and provide cozy spots to relax. Happy campers mean better reviews, more visitors, and more income to reinvest.
Unlock new activities
Growth means more than new tents. Open lake fishing, run ATV and canoe rentals, expand into caravan camping and bungalow rentals, and add yoga and gym areas for guests who want more from their stay. Each activity brings its own guests, management loop, and income stream.
Run the business
Camping is about nature, but your campground runs on numbers. Sell camping supplies and outdoor gear in your shop, watch dynamic market prices, and take bank loans across multiple tiers to grow faster. Progress from 5 starting tools to a full kit of 11, and hire staff, receptionists, cleaners, repairmen, shop employees, and groundskeepers so the resort keeps running while you plan the next move.
