About the Game

Every action costs you time (a turn). You make the decision, do you hire more workers?

  • Each worker will have traits that can either complement or clash with others.

  • Employees will also form friendships that can lead to something more. Or maybe they'll just hate each other's guts?

  • Each interaction affects their stress levels. Higher the stress the less productive they are.

How about firing the underperforming employee?

  • People will react to firings too, sometimes it can be the catalyst to make a profit

  • But firing a beloved employee can have negative consequences

Or maybe tell your top performer to take a break before they have a breakdown?

Or try to poach a new customer from one of your competitors

The key is in balancing your actions to get the best out of your employees, fail here and everything will fall apart
