About the Game

BUILD THE GYM. FORGE THE FIGHTER. OWN THE NIGHT.

Take charge of an ambitious MMA gym in a deep pixel-art management simulation where every prospect, payday and corner decision can reshape your legacy.

Scout a changing world of fictional fighters across eight weight divisions. Study their styles and hidden weaknesses, negotiate salaries and fight contracts, assign training and recovery, manage diets and dangerous weight cuts, and decide which opponents are worth the risk.

MANAGE MORE THAN A RECORD

Fighters age, improve, decline, suffer injuries, lose confidence and eventually retire. Their morale, relationships, loyalty, health and finances matter. A perfect camp can still unravel through a missed weight cut, a bad press conference, a short-notice call or a spectacularly ill-timed personal crisis.

WORK THE CORNER

Watch fights unfold in a stylised 2.5D octagon. Change tactics, rally morale, treat damage and offer advice between rounds. Run normal speed, double time, or skip to the next round. Attribute matchups, preparation, Intel and your decisions all influence the result—without guaranteeing it.

RUN THE BUSINESS

Pay trainers and fighters, improve facilities with once-off construction costs, attract paying gym members, manage food and medical expenses, chase sponsors and endorsements, and protect cash flow through good weeks and bad. Popularity brings opportunity, but fame also brings scrutiny.

CHOOSE THE RISK

Pad a record with a tune-up or gamble on a ranked opponent for reputation. Haggle over purses, win bonuses, PPV points and clauses. Accept a desperate short-notice headliner. Build hype through press conferences and face-offs—or take illicit underground money and risk injuries, police attention and sponsor backlash.

A LIVING FIGHT WORLD

Four fictional promotions, persistent divisional rankings, title paths, rival results and world events continue around your gym. Careers produce champions, cautionary tales and strange retirement epilogues long after the final bell.

  • Eight weight divisions and four fictional promotion tiers
  • Generated fighters with extensive skills, potential, style, morale, health and career arcs
  • Live simulated fight nights with tactical corner input
  • Training, recovery, nutrition, weight cuts and injury management
  • Opponent scouting, reports, rumours and risk/reward matchmaking
  • Contract negotiation, staff payroll, memberships, sponsorships and gym expansion
  • Press conferences, weigh-ins, hype, rivalries and unpredictable weekly events
  • Offline single-player with local autosaves

All fighters, promotions and events are fictional. No real athlete or promotion endorses this game.
