About the Game

Build traps and race your friends.

BUILD & BAIL is a 3D party platformer for 2-6 players. Before every race, everyone secretly places a trap or platform on the track, then you all race at the same time. Round after round there are more traps in the way and the race gets more chaotic.

How a round works

First, each player selects a piece from a random list of all available pieces.

Then, each player places their piece anywhere on the map.

Once everything is in place, the new pieces are revealed and the race begins.

Features

  • Your track, your chaos New traps arrive every round. By the end, the track is a minefield made of your own ideas.

  • A nasty arsenal Saw blades, pendulums, cannons, wind cannons, jump traps, honey fields, ice patches and more.

  • Snappy movement Double jump, wall jump, dash. Easy to learn, but fast players stay in front.

  • Tracks that go up Candy towers, neon rooftops, glaciers, lava fields, desert ruins. Always with multiple routes and shortcuts.

  • Your rules Score target, rounds, respawns, player collision, sudden death: the host decides how mean it gets.

  • Character workshop Colour, hat, face. Look your best before you fall into the lava.

  • Easy to play together Steam lobbies: invite friends, share a code or open a public lobby.

Short rounds, big schadenfreude. Perfect for a night with friends who might not stay friends.
