Brush Burial: Gutter World is an immersive sim with sanguine and spirited systemic gameplay. You may accomplish your goals as you see fit. All combat is avoidable; to show mercy or malice is your decision.

Dozens of unique cosmetics to be unlocked through gameplay challenges, as well as progression through the game's levels.
