Breach Squad

Breach. Fight. Loot. Repeat... Breach Squad is a top-down sci-fi auto-combat roguelike RPG built around corridor breaches. Your squad fights on its own - you command, manage loot, and grow marines permanently… But if they die, they’re gone.

About the Game

Breach Squad blends the intensity of corridor breach combat with a surprisingly corner-friendly flow: You can keep it running in a small window on the side of your monitor while you go about your day. The action continues on its own, and you step in like a tactical officer when it matters - pick the mission, assign gear, shape builds, and make the calls that decide who comes home.

It’s a loot grinder with consequences. Your marines grow into real characters over time - levels, skills, roles, loadouts -until one bad breach ends a career forever.

Play actively or play passively: Focus in during high-stakes moments, then let the squad push forward while you handle other things.

Every run is a fast, replayable operation:

  • Runs can be as short as 2 minutes, or stretch to 10–15 minutes

  • Mission choice, risk, and your decisions shape the pace

  • Procedural setups keep every breach feeling different

  • Varied ops & environments: Derelict ships, fortified bases, covert production lines, hazardous labs - rescue, extract, sabotage, destroy.

Your squad handles the firefight - you handle the operation:

  • Choose missions and risk/reward targets

  • Manage gear, roles, and builds

  • Intervene when it matters, then let it run

Marines aren’t disposable:

  • Marines level up and specialize - lose one on a mission, and they’re gone for good.

  • The tension is real - every breach is a decision

  • Armor keeps them alive. Weapons drop targets. Gear shifts the odds. But the officer on overwatch makes the calls that matter.

Between runs, return to your ship:

  • Unlock new systems and capabilities

  • Build a stronger squad over time

  • Prepare for tougher, higher-stakes breaches

The grind is the fun:

  • Constant gear drops and upgrades

  • Build variety through loadouts and roles

  • Optimize your squad across runs

  • Top-down sci-fi corridor breach combat

  • Auto-combat action with tactical command decisions

  • Roguelike runs (2–15 minutes) with high replayability

  • Permadeath marines: Losses are permanent

  • RPG progression: Levels, skills, roles, long-term growth

  • Mothership meta progression between missions

  • Loot grinder core: Endless gear and build optimization

  • Single-player with a “hands-off when you want it” flow

  • Corner-friendly play: Keep the game running in a small window on the side of your monitor while you get things done - jump in when it matters, then let the squad push forward.
