About the Game

Bot.by.Bot is a charming casual-puzzle game where logic, creativity, and experimentation are the keys to success.

Control a team of small, modular robots and guide them through handcrafted levels set inside a lively home environment — from a child’s bedroom to the kitchen and even the garden. Each level is a carefully designed puzzle that challenges you to think ahead, optimize behavior, and find elegant solutions.

But you don’t control your robots directly.

Instead, you program their behavior using a flexible system of commands, sensors, and triggers. Every robot acts on its own, following the logic you give it — step by step, tick by tick, bot by bot.

BUILD YOUR BOTS

Each robot is made of interchangeable parts:

  • Heads, bodies, bases, and arms

  • Each part influences abilities like vision, movement, or communication

  • Create specialized robots or flexible all-rounders

There is no single solution — only the one you design.

PROGRAM SMART BEHAVIOR

Design your bots behaviour using a unique logic system.

All sensors of each bot can be used to trigger commands to react to the environment.

Bots can:

  • Move across the grid

  • Detect objects

  • Send signals to other robots

  • Manipulate the grid and objects

Mastering this system is the key to solving increasingly complex puzzles.

SOLVE CLEVER PUZZLES

Each level is a small logic sandbox.

As complexity increases, you’ll need to:

  • Keep the overview of the grid-based arena with static and movable obstacles

  • Find a suitable build for your bots

  • Coordinate multiple bots

  • Manage limited command capacity

  • Think in systems, not actions
