Take on endless waves of the undead using a variety of weaponry, all in the glorious first-person perspective. Share the fun with up-to 4 of your buddies and see who can smash the most Zeds to shreds!
Born in Blood offers two modes for taking on the undead - in the Wave Survival mod you try to survive for as long as you can whilst fighting off endless attackers across a variety of interesting maps. Gain points and experience to unlock new paths and areas in each map, and uncover the secrets and missions hidden throughout for a real challenge (and a reward for your efforts of course)
In Survival Mode, you take on the expansive wasteland called 'The Island' where you must manage your own needs (hunger, health, rest etc) whilst exploring as much as you dare booking for precious recourse to help you along the way.
Both you're avatar and your weaponry can all be improved as you gain experience. Level up your stats to make you faster, stronger and tougher than before. In addition, gain proficiency with each weapon through gameplay, meaning as you gain experiencing using a weapon, you can increate its stats such as range, damage, ammo capacity etc to help you take on the Zeds, and win!
You start off with your trusty pistol, however by visiting the Weapon Vendor you can purchase permanent weaponry which you can access via Gun Crates dotted around the environment. Pistols, Shotguns, Rifles and more await.
