About the Game

Booya! is an online multiplayer card game for 3–4 players. Every player is racing to collect the same five letters —

B, O, O, Y, A.

Gameplay

On your turn, draw 2 cards and choose how to act. Cards can steal letters directly, strip cards from opponents' hands, protect your own letters, or force other players into difficult positions.

Play aggressively and try to collect letters fast — win before the endgame ever arrives. Or play defensively, hold your reaction cards, and survive into Stealing Frenzy where the chaos favours whoever prepared for it.

The Reaction System

Every card played opens a reaction window. Before the effect resolves, any opponent can respond with a reaction card — blocking the effect entirely, copying it, redirecting its target, or making themselves immune. When a reaction card is played, a new window opens for everyone else to respond to that reaction or in addition to that reaction. The chain continues until all players pass, then the the card resolves once, reshaped by every reaction that landed.

This means no play is ever guaranteed. A steal can be blocked, redirected onto a different player, or copied by an opponent who uses it against someone else. Knowing when to react and when to hold your reaction cards is as important as the cards themselves.

Stealing Frenzy

When the deck runs out, drawing stops and Stealing Frenzy begins. Each round, players are allowed an increasing number of steals. Leads that looked secure collapse fast, and players who were behind have a genuine path back. The game ends the moment any player completes Booya!.
