BOARDROOM is a sophisticated CEO business simulation that puts you in command of a financial services company from Q1 2010 onward.

You make quarterly strategic decisions across four pillars: Operations (pricing, marketing, R&D, expansion), Investing (capex, M&A, assets), Financing (debt, equity, dividends, buybacks), and HR (hiring, firing, compensation, bonuses). Your decisions drive realistic financial outcomes: three-statement accounting (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow), 30+ KPIs (ROIC, Rule of 40, burn multiple, DSO/DIO/DPO), and valuation metrics.

Raise capital from seed to IPO. Navigate board governance and contingent liabilities. Compete in a living economy with macroeconomic cycles, competitors, and clients. Play in INR, USD, or GBP across 4 difficulty levels and multiple starting scenarios (bootstrapped, VC-backed, family business, MBO).
