About the Game

Genre: Text-Based Social Deduction / Multiplayer Party Game

Players: Designed for multiplayer lobbies where players interact through discussion, voting, and hidden role mechanics.

BloodVeil is a text-based social deduction game where players enter a village filled with suspicion, hidden roles, and secret intentions. Every match is built around communication, deduction, deception, and strategic voting.

At the beginning of each game, players receive hidden roles. Some players may be ordinary villagers trying to protect the village, while others may secretly be vampires working against them. Depending on the selected game setup, players can also receive special roles with unique abilities that can affect the outcome of the match.

The game is played through a day and night cycle. During the night, certain roles secretly choose their actions. Vampires may select a target, while special roles may investigate, protect, observe, or use other abilities. During the day, players discuss what happened, share suspicions, defend themselves, and vote to eliminate someone from the village.

The villagers win by discovering and eliminating the vampires. The vampires win by hiding their identity, misleading the group, and surviving long enough to take control of the village.

BloodVeil is designed for replayable multiplayer sessions where every match can play out differently depending on player behavior, role distribution, discussions, votes, and the choices made during each phase.
