About the Game

Blood. Flesh. Cycles of death & rebirth.

Inspired by the works of H. P. Lovecraft and legendary game titles such as DOOM, Quake & Half-Life, Bloodsmith is a cosmic horror action-adventure RPG; an FPS combining the Lovecraftian trope of horrors beyond human comprehension with the thrill of killing enemies mutated in all kinds of ways. You play as Quentin Ashborne, an archaeologist who dives into the mystery of an abandoned local cemetery only to find out that the rabbit hole goes way deeper than he could’ve ever imagined. The cursed lands he has happened upon have nothing to offer him but hordes of undead; members of past civilizations who were laid to rest here, and have been condemned to come alive every night by the evil force that controls this place. Quentin must kill the undead, and fight his way down the spiral if he is to survive.

They come alive at night

Those who’ve rested here for centuries have been condemned to come alive every night. You’ve happened upon these damned souls, and you must shoot and burn them—fight your way to survival.

Ride the downward spiral

Past the ghastly wilderness and hordes of undead, you discover how much more there is to the story of this place. Those you’ve fought aren’t half the story told. The nightmarish riddle has but just begun to unfold.

  • Set fire to the undead with your torch, or outright shoot them down with your pistol or AK 47.
