About the Game

Blackwood, a remote 17th-century village, hides more than cobblestone streets and polite smiles. When Henry Burns bursts into flames under mysterious circumstances, suspicion falls on a so-called witch. You are Brian Storm, a detective hunting the truth in a village hunting a witch.

 

This is pure detective work. Interrogate villagers, examine locations for physical evidence, and piece together the evidence in a revolutionary deduction system. In a sea of clues, only the right pieces fit together-meaningless on their own, but revealing the truth once combined. Over 50 unique deductions await, each shaping the course of your investigation.

Every villager is a piece of the puzzle. Blackwood’s residents are a colorful, memorable cast, each harboring secrets that may help or hinder your search. Some truths will shock you. Others will make you question your own judgment.

 

Immerse yourself in a grim yet witty 17th-century setting, where the atmosphere is thick with mistrust, whispers, and the occasional dark chuckle. Explore freely, follow your own leads, and peel back the layers of deception at your own pace.

 

A pure story-driven investigation-every step built on the clues you uncover. Just you, your mind, and a village full of lies. Can you uncover the truth before another innocent is lost to the fire?
