If you win against a girl at blackjack, the SEX button will appear on the girl selection screen!
In SEX mode, you can do naughty things with the girls by selecting commands.
While you're selecting a command, certain erogenous zones will glow pink.
Try moving the mouse wheel up and down on the pink areas.
If you move the mouse wheel at the right time, the girl's pleasure gauge will increase.
Naughty play with the girls is linked to the mouse wheel.
Also, when the girl's pleasure gauge reaches MAX, the ejaculation button will become available.
There are six hairstyles: long, medium, curly, boyish, girly, and gorgeous.
There are six hair colors: black, silver, blonde, blue, pink, and gradient.
There are three skin colors: normal, tan, and dark.
A total of 19 heroines! With a combination of 6 hairstyles, 6 hair colors, and 3 skin types, you can enjoy a total of 2052 variations!
If you win Blackjack more than once, you'll get extra items.

Move up: W
