About the Game

Your body is the map. Defend it.

Bio Inc. Total Defense is an incremental tower defense game inside the human body. No waves, no breaks. Pathogens pour in from every entrance as soon as a stage starts. Place your defenses in the vessels, protect your organs, and try to keep up.

Start with hundreds of enemies in a capillary. Work your way up to over a hundred thousand across the whole body.

Build your immune system

Eleven defenses to unlock and upgrade. White blood cells and macrophages hunt down invaders. Tissue walls and mucus slow the spread. Fever blasts, acid glands, and antibody cannons handle the rest.

Placement matters. So does knowing when to use septic shock.

Every run makes you stronger

Spend Bio Points on over 150  upgrade nodes for damage, range, defense count, and new behaviors. Earn Research Points by winning to unlock more defenses.

Another 75 health factors let you tune your build with extra ability charges, stronger immunity, crowd control, and perks like Chain Reaction and Last Stand.
