Welcome to Redscott Pines
'Beneath the Woods' is a stylized, narrative-focused mystery / thriller / puzzle game set in the fictional small town of Redscott Pines, Oregan. The story follows Davis, who returns to his hometown to search for his missing sister (Mina). He hasn't been back since he ran away 2 years earlier. With help from the people closest to Mina, he follows the trail to a church in the woods, and uncovers the secrets lurking beneath...
YOU control the story, uncovering mysteries and piecing together the puzzles that will guide you in your quest to find Mina.
GAMEPLAY:
Inspired by classic survival horror as well as narrative-heavy branching games, the gameplay is split between 2D and 3D Cinematics where you will make choices that shape the story, and 3rd person over-the-shoulder Gameplay, where you'll explore, solve puzzles, and uncover the mysteries of what lies beneath the woods...
The game can now be played with mouse and keyboard OR with a connected PlayStation 4 controller.
FEATURES:
A main storyline containing 3 levels, branching choices, and 2 playable characters. There will also be a number of achievements that can be unlocked along the way.
