About the Game

Belonging to Eunoia is my first game, currently in development. It originally started as my bachelor’s project and is now being continued with the goal of releasing it.

It tells the stories of people affected by loneliness and depression within a walking simulator set in a linear, isolated world, offering a profound narrative experience. Each letters was written by a real person.

Thirteen people share their stories about loneliness, depression, and critical life decisions through letters that can be found throughout the game.

The gate at the top was meant to symbolize an ascent into paradise, but in truth it represents suicide.

Players can explore the environment, solve small puzzles, collect lost items, and uncover the story of the main character, Xialia, who is struggling to decide whether to end her life or turn back.
Your choice is her path.
