About the Game

Beach Bums is a 2D hidden objects game with a refreshing twist. Players get a moment to soak in the seaside scene before a tidal wave hits. When the water drains away everything is just a bit cattywampus: characters are missing, surfboards have washed up, umbrellas have landed in strange places, and someone is screaming for their shorts. As the sun makes its way across the sky, the player explores the scene: clicking on a pelican to see what's in its bill, uncovering a spiky haired man buried eyes-deep among the cacti, and finding a bikini strung around two coconuts in a tree. The player clicks and drags each swimsuit onto their character, letting them leave the beach with dignity. But time is of the essence! When the sun sets, the tide rises to swallow up the scene. The search gets progressively more complex as the story unfolds, adding extra characters, accessories, challenges, and obstacles.
