About the Game

Be the Block is a puzzle game where your goal is to move every block on the board to its target. But instead of using a character to push the blocks around, you control the blocks directly.

Every level revolves around a unique concept: press an arrow key, and every block that can move in that direction does so at once. With each type of block moving differently, understanding their combined, simultaneous movement is the key to solving each puzzle.

A handful of additional mechanics are introduced as you progress, but all of them complement the main mechanic.

Be the Block is all about puzzles. There’s no story, no overworld, and no forced progression barriers. It’s simply a collection of simple yet challenging hand-crafted puzzles, all unlocked from the start. While you can tackle them in any order, you may find it easier to grasp the subtleties of each mechanic by playing them sequentially.
