About the Game

Face the ultimate boss of modern gaming: monetization itself.
Enter a chaotic arena and battle endless waves of Lootboxes in a fast-paced roguelike shooter that turns every greedy industry trend into gameplay. Collect Different Currencies (DCs), unlock DLC fragments, and subscribe to Live Services to survive one more run.

But do not worry. There are no real microtransactions here. The joke is on the system.

Gameplay Overview

Each run takes you into a procedurally generated arena filled with Lootboxes that have unique attacks.
Earn temporary upgrades through random rewards, unlock permanent perks at the Centre, and chain kills to build powerful combos. When you push your luck too far, the unstoppable W-Box appears and your run ends.

Your decisions matter, and so does your greed.

Key Features

  • Enemies are Lootboxes, each with unique attack patterns

  • Procedurally generated arenas that change every time you play

  • Temporary and permanent upgrades through random rewards and DLC fragments

  • Combo system with melee finishers that reward skillful play

  • Risk versus reward mechanics where summoning more enemies increases both danger and rewards

  • Two game modes:

    • Story Mode with branching paths and multiple endings

    • Custom Game Mode where you can adjust difficulty and chase high scores

  • A simple but recognizable art style that emphasizes clarity and chaos

A Satirical Take on the Industry

Battle for Gaming is a tongue-in-cheek critique of excessive monetization. It transforms DLCs, live services, and random loot systems into gameplay mechanics.
Upgrade yourself through fake paywalls, fight corporate greed one Lootbox at a time, and experience a shooter that is both sharp in its message and satisfying to play.
