About the Game

You're the bat!

In BATOUTTAHELL! You play a bat trying to escape the fiery underworld. How you got there? Who knows? But what you do know is that the way out of a place is usually the way you got in.

Fly between brimstone and escape a fire breathing Cerberus among other increasingly deadly precision hazards using only 'A' and 'D' in this minimal arcade-style survival adventure.

Your goal is simple: Avoid a head-on collision with the onslaught of a Hell that simply refuses to let even a tiny bat go.  With skill or luck or a combination of the two, survive until the meter is full and maybe, just maybe, Hell will be behind you.

It may sound easy, saying it is the easiest part.

Gameplay

Press 'A' to move left and 'D' to move right in a corridor of infernal stone as fire and brimstone falls into your path.  Find the gaps and survive. But sometimes it isn't always that simple. When finding the gaps isn't enough, make a quick decision, and it will pay off. But if it doesn't, hopefully you survived long enough to get a second chance.

The longer you survive, the more the meter fills. Fill it up to the top.
