As a Barn&Farm Renovator you can:
  • Buy dilapidated or abandoned barns and turn them into modern homes.
Make profits on their sale and invest in more barns to flip. Your customers’ expectations and requirements will often surprise you.


  • You have a limited number of days and cash to transform an old barn into your customers’ dream home.
If you exceed the time and budget allotted, they will not be happy. If you finish earlier, you can count on a generous bonus.


  • You won’t get much done without proper tools like:
Cordless screwdriver, wood saw, paintbrushes, power drill, nail gun, trowels, saws, jigsaw, levels and others will come in handy…


  • …but the Final Touch is totally up to you.
Everything needs to be pimped out and spiffy but also in its right spot – furniture, home appliances and entertainment centers, house plants – all very stylish and chic. Don’t fret; there is lots of free space for improvisation and distinctive décor.


  • Before closing the deal, remember to get rid of any pests and uninvited guests too (critters from nearby fields and forests).
