About the Game

You've heard it a million times: ancient evil stirs, the world is in turmoil. You, a lone hero, set out to wander the land, fight monsters, gather power, and defeat the Final Boss. Or die trying. Then get resurrected and try again. Until you face the Final Boss, because that's the end, one way or another. Yes, this is a classic fantasy hexcrawl adventure, deliberately focused on familiar tropes so you already know how to play and what to do.

Exploring the world are second nature to you, while choosing which combat encounters to risk and which ones to leave for later plays a crucial role as you grow stronger, collect powerful gear, and learn mighty magic spells.

Discover towns where you can shop, accept quests, pay your respects to the divines in temples, and hear rumors. Seek out mysterious landmarks, ruins, and dungeons to gather clues about your ultimate opponent: their capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses. The Final Boss is different in every run, making each procedurally generated adventure a new challenge.

You'll probably like the combat system best. It's simple to grasp, but mastering it requires both clever tactics and a pinch of luck. Deciding when to push and when to hold back can make the difference between a bitter but temporary death and another glorious triumph. But beware: while you are adventuring, dying and avenging yourself in true soulslike fashion, the Final Boss is also growing stronger. Do you have the skill and courage to confront the Bane of Antagon before it's too late?
