Backrooms Maze 2D throws you into the unsettling, yellow-lit halls of the Backrooms — endless, shifting corridors where escape is your only goal and danger lurks around every corner.
Each run generates a brand-new maze filled with eerie ambience, lurking entities, and a ticking sanity meter that forces you to think fast.

You can choose from four difficulty modes:

  • Easy – A calmer experience with slower enemies.

  • Normal – More challenge and faster chases.

  • Hard – Two relentless enemies hunting you.

  • Extreme – Five fast enemies for the ultimate survival test.

Your only tools are your sense of direction and your ability to outmaneuver the entities. Every choice you make matters — one wrong turn could lead straight into danger.
