ATLASPIA: The Tower Manager

This is a tower-building simulation where you place offices, homes, shops, restaurants, hotels, and more inside a growing high-rise. People move autonomously toward their destinations, using elevators as the building comes to life. Balance profit and expansion as you create a busy tower of your own.

About the Game

Build a living high-rise of offices, homes, and shops, then keep people moving as elevator traffic threatens to bring it all down.

A high-rise does not work just because rooms are stacked on top of each other.

Workers, residents, shoppers, diners, and hotel guests all have different reasons to move through the building. In a tower full of people, not only what you place but how people move determines whether the whole structure succeeds.

ATLASPIA: The Tower Manager is a modern update to the spirit of legendary 1990s building simulation games. Develop floors, invite tenants, watch people move through the building, and grow a small structure into a massive urban complex.

Chasing profit too aggressively may clog your people flow and let elevator congestion stop the whole tower. Prioritizing comfort too much may leave you short on funds for expansion. In a limited vertical space, every priority shapes the future of your tower.

- Place offices, homes, shops, restaurants, hotels, and more

- Watch residents, workers, visitors, and guests move autonomously through the tower

- Combine elevators and stairs to design vertical traffic flow

- Manage elevator congestion before it spirals into failure

- Balance revenue, growth, convenience, and transport capacity

- Add tenants and grow into a busier, more valuable building

- Follow changing activity and income as time passes

- Decide how to use limited floors, space, and movement routes
