You're an engineer with a gun and a wrench, and you're the only thing keeping this ship alive. AstroTechs is a tactical action game where you fight corrupted machines, weaponize ship systems, and repair the damage — all under fire.

USE THE ENVIRONMENT TO YOUR ADVANTAGE

Weaponize the ship. Trigger hazards and environmental kills — but watch out, because stray bullets from enemy robots can cause problems for you, too.

ENGINEER. SOLDIER. SURVIVOR.

You’re not a red shirt. You're a mechanically inclined (but battle-trained) engineer — and the only one who can keep the ship running.

SAVE THE SHIP WITH YOUR STRAT

What you repair, what you prioritize, and what you sacrifice shapes how you survive. Between firefights, the strategic map reveals the full picture. Systems are failing across the ship. You choose what to save and what to let go.

TACTICS, NOT REFLEXES

AstroTechs is not a bullet-hell. Bullets matter, movement is tuned for decisions, and the tension is claustrophobic, not chaotic. Fights reward positioning, patience, and smart use of the environment over raw reflexes.

FEATURES

  • Live out the AstroTechs story in Defense Mode, repairing damaged systems and completing objectives. Solve puzzles and overcome powerful enemies, speak with your fellow AstroTechs to unravel the mystery of why the ship has been rerouted from its original mission, and rescue crew members to bring them to safety.

  • Rescue other AstroTechs and command them in repairs or tactical support. Fight and fix as a team!

  • Play Horde Mode, surviving escalating waves as you open new areas, activate traps, and upgrade your arsenal.

  • Unlock more powerful weapons and upgraded skills, such as multi-target chaining shots and even splitting projectiles!

  • Face off against a wide variety of dangerous enemies, born from nanotechnology run amok! Parts of the ship “mutate” around you, forming nests of violent machines. These include snipers, spiders, sentry droids, and powerful environmental boss-enemies.

  • A dark, damaged spaceship environment presents many tactical opportunities. Blast your enemies out into space by destroying a window, and then repairing it when you’re done. Lure your enemies onto live wires and watch them fry!
