About the Game

Space is big, cold, and full of customers. Astral Outpost is an idle strategy game about reading a planet's needs, bolting the right modules onto your station, and letting honest margins do the rest.

Run the docks

Every planet wants something, housing, power, a decent restaurant. Build modules that deliver it, keep the lights on and the crew paid, and watch the credits tick up each cycle. Your stations keep working while you're away, and they'll have the books ready when you get back.

Pick a trade

Specialize a station down its own upgrade tree: industrial refineries feeding manufacturing lines, resort worlds packing hotels to the hull, trade hubs skimming a little off everything. Forty upgrades per station, real production chains, and planets whose economies actually reward the right fit.

Go deeper

Prestige for permanent perks across seven trees. Found stations around dying suns. Feed a megastructure that's holding a black hole shut. Then jump clusters and do it all again, harder, in New Game+.

Idle, honestly

Offline earnings are real but capped, no FOMO timers, no energy meters, no nagging. Come back when you like; the empire will be there.

Answer the hails

Space keeps happening to you: pirate raids, market swings, refugee arks, signals that shouldn't be there. Pay up, fight back, or gamble, your choices leave marks, from a knocked-out module to three multi-part stories you'll chase across the sector.

Pick your friends

The Traders' Guild, the Crimson Fleet, and the Stellar Federation are all watching how you do business. Standing survives prestige and pays off everywhere: cheaper markets, fewer raids, gentler ransoms. Their home systems play by your reputation, cross a faction and their space is a death trap; earn their trust and it's the best real estate on the frontier, with their signature tech on sale to proven allies. Too slow? Send gifts. Money talks.
