About the Game

Strap in, grab your controller, and rid the planet's orbit of asteroids.  Unlock new weapons, powers, and achievements to dodge and demolish space rocks in a nonstop assault.  Upgrade your ship and choose sponsors based on your play style.  Compete for the high score among your friends and aim for the high score world-wide.

Which path will you take?  Will you focus on clearing each level quickly to satisfy corporate mining interests?  Will you focus on accuracy, chaining together kills without missing a shot to max out your multiplier?  Are you a daredevil who can slip between asteroids like a Tai Chi master avoiding fists?  Or are you a showman who entertains the masses through the sheer spectacle of close calls and chain reactions to a thumping beat?

But why choose?  Just because one is paying you doesn't mean the others aren't watching.  After all, ads pay the bills, and the more eyeballs on you, the better.

You were born for this.

Asterisk is a retro-modern space rock shooter at its core.  Designed with the Steam Deck in mind, it combines the classic Asteroids game with modern Roguelike elements for a perfect blend of casual gameplay and a deeper story.
