Arcis Ultima is an open world RPG, that focuses on a war between humankind and the creatures whose source is unclear.. Game begins after human race has lost the main battle with the creatures. There is still a government; sending warriors to defend the towns and trying to retake lost ones. You may choose to participate in those battles to ensure the victory.
Key Features
Participating the War
You can see events from the faction panel and decide which events will you participate. There is details of the events; like the time of occurence, number of enemy and allied forces. You can also check the war status from the panel.
Crafting
You can craft equipments and potions with little limitations. There are some premade recipes but you may also create your own potion recipes based on the ingredients and their numbers.
You can craft equipments from the blacksmith with quality based on blacksmith's talent. You can choose the material content of an equipment.
You can also prepare some traps to hunt animals and kill the creatures.
Fighting and Stats
Your body parts have their own health values (e.g. when your leg injures badly you will start limping). You can check your health, fulness of your belly, stamina, agility, strength from the character panel. Stats develop with the usage of ability they effect.
You can use one handed sword and shield for now. Other weapons will be added in the early access. You can also hire mercenaries from the tavern.
Other Features
You can explore the villages, forest, mountains. There are ores to mine, herbs to collect, animals to hunt. You can talk with the villagers, to learn about the history, get quests, trade and so on.
