Clear the Bad Dudes and Zombie Specters from several progressively challenging levels.
Use Your combat skills as well as different types of guns.
Follow the Green Arrows if You get lost.
Use "Bullet-Time" to Your advantage.

If Your health starts getting too low, back away from the fight for a few seconds and it will start restoring.
