Build the arcade of your dreams, one machine at a time.

You start with a bare floor and two tired retro cabinets. You finish with a glowing, coin-clinking neon empire packed with games, prizes, and grinning guests. Arcade Mogul is a cozy, addictive tycoon sim about building the greatest arcade in town and running every part of it your way.

RUN THE WHOLE OPERATION

Lay out your floor tile by tile. Place cabinets, pinball tables, claw machines, coin pushers, ticket redemption games, carnival booths, rides, and big-money attractions, then rotate and arrange everything to keep the crowds flowing. Watch guests wander in, line up, play, win tickets, cash them in for prizes, and come back for more.

Money rolls in while your machines run, but a great arcade does not run itself. Keep the good times going and the profits climbing.
