One quiet café. A pocket of cash. A city full of quarters waiting to be spent. Arcade Manager Simulator drops you into the first-person business and life sim where you turn one tiny arcade café into the biggest, brightest, loudest neon empire in the city — one cabinet at a time.

🕹️ Build the Arcade

  • Grow from basic machines through 5 progression stages and 4 massive expansions.

  • Stock cabinets, claw machines, pinball, racers, dance floors, and more — ordered through the in-game Nexio platform with deliveries you collect yourself.

  • Redesign every wall, floor, ceiling, and decoration.

  • Hop on the cabinets and play your own arcade games whenever you like — falling-block puzzle, snake, match-3.

🌆 Live the Life

  • Wake up in your apartment. Ride the elevator. Walk through a living coastal city of weather, day-night cycles, and active NPCs.

  • Manage your health, stamina, and hunger — let them slide and you'll hit the floor.

  • Keep your household thriving and the income flowing.

🏢 Run the Empire

  • Win customers on cleanliness, comfort, facilities, and machine variety.

  • Hire cooks, cleaners, and bodyguards to scale up.

  • Set up an outdoor hot dog stand for passive income.
