About the Game

"Signal 17 Hertz" is a detective visual novel set in late-2000s Moscow.

The story follows Roman, a first-year university student who moves to the capital in search of a fresh start. New friends, dorm life, classes, and the excitement of a big city seem like the beginning of an ordinary student experience.

Everything changes when a mysterious audio file called EXXXSTASY.wav begins spreading across Moscow. People share it with one another, play it at parties and clubs, discuss it online... and gradually begin to change.

Explore Moscow at the end of the 2000s, meet a cast of memorable characters, gather clues, and uncover the truth while figuring out who you can trust.

With every new discovery, the mystery grows deeper, revealing that beneath the surface of everyday student life lies something far more dangerous.
