and deduce the most effective countermeasure.

As you learn the proper responses to more Anomalies,
you will be forced to manage multiple situations at the same time.

Specialized Anomaly Countermeasures Agency — Genshi Tenken Institute —

In this world exist entities beyond human understanding known as “Anomalies.”

For centuries, they were dismissed as baseless rumors,
alongside ghosts, urban legends, and creatures of myth.

However, approximately ten years ago,
their existence was scientifically proven.

In response, the government established
the Specialized Anomaly Countermeasures Agency — Genshi Tenken Institute —.

Since then, the observation, research, and suppression of Anomalies
have been conducted as official operations.

Today, Anomalies are classified as:

“Biological phenomena that exist outside the established laws of reason.”

The mission of the Genshi Tenken Institute
is to oversee the investigation, research, and suppression of Anomalies as a unified organization.

As Commander, you will deploy your Personnel into the field
and confront the unknown.
