무명기록부(Mumyeonggjrokbu)
【 무명기록부 】는 졸업작품으로 기획되어 2인으로 구성된 팀이 약 8개월간 개발 및 제작된 프로젝트이며, 한국 설화와 괴담을 근현대적 격리 서사로 재해석한 어반 판타지 비주얼 노벨이다. 현대 도시 속 한국적 오컬트 공간을 탐색하며 파편화된 정보를 수집·추리해 격리체의 정체와 본질을 밝혀낸다. 조사 및 정리하고, 도깨비 탈에 봉인된 권능을 활용해 격리 탈출 사건을 진압해 다시 격리한다. 주인공이 소속된 비밀 기업은 양반탈·초랭이탈·이매탈·사자탈로 상징되는 네 부서로 구성되며, 각 탈은 부서의 역할과 성격을 규정한다.

Long ago, dokkaebi and humans coexisted in the same world, working together to subdue monsters and maintain balance. But on the night the full moon rose, when the call from the heavens reached them, the dokkaebi were destined to leave humanity's side. Before departing, they sealed their power within masks and entrusted them to humans. These masks became both a contract between dokkaebi and humans and the legitimate means to govern supernatural beings.
〈Mumyeonggjrokbu〉 is an urban fantasy isolation novel born from this imagination. It reinterprets Korean folktales, myths, dokkaebi lore, and ghost stories through the lens of a modern isolation narrative. Weaving together past and present, this work creates a multilayered world where players confront the precarious balance between humans and supernatural beings through investigation and documentation.
The containment corporation is composed of four departments:
Yangban Mask External Mediation Bureau,
Chorang-i Mask Secret Containment Division,
Lion Mask National Disaster Response Agency,
Imugi Mask Capital Management Bureau.
This organization adopts traditional Korean painted masks as its symbols, with each department fulfilling its designated role and function.
Containment levels—Mang, Hyeon, Choseung, Geumeum, and Sak—indicate the danger level of each contained entity. The Tal are used to classify, contain, and manage these anomalies according to their risk.
