游戏改编自顶通TOPTOON人气漫画《超级公务员》。
你将扮演社畜李贤宇，某天在加班时，被安装了可疑的公务员系统，并且接到一个奇怪的业务指派，在限定时间内和职场上的女性员工进行特殊交流，若不完成的话就会被扣薪资。就这样，李贤宇不得不冒着破产的风险，完成公务员系统指派的各种特殊的任务。同时愈加熟练，从而构建自己在职场的后宫。
在游戏中，玩家需要时刻注意时间、体力、精力与财产，在有限的时间内达成超级公务员系统下发的任务，并用奖励强化自己，提升各位女主的好感度，建立自己的后宫。
业务系统：
玩家需要扮演主角，不断完成公务员系统给出的“业务”，以获得奖励与推动游戏剧情前进。
主角养成系统：
玩家可以通过完成“业务”，获得成长的属性点，并合理分配到体力、精力、魅力值、领导力上，让自己获得更多的行动空间，加速对女主的攻略。
女角色好感度系统：
玩家通过不断地约会、调教和送礼女角色，提升她们地满意度与好感度，完成“业务”下发的目标，最终将三位女主纳入后宫。
