"Mysterious Cases in History" is a pixel-style reasoning and detective game. In the fictional Zhao Dynasty, you will be appointed as the ninth-rank county magistrate and delve into the mystery of historical cases. Behind every bloody case is a life-and-death game between power and the underworld.

Players will collect clues and restore case details by investigating the crime scene and visiting people related to the case.

Compare the murderer's crime with the Jokhang Law to find out the corresponding punishment, or "determine" the severity of the punishment "at your own discretion".
