遊戲中玩家扮演亡命紅色小巴 （後稱紅Van）司機，為賺錢養家，不惜超速駕駛。玩家需要上下移動，避開障礙物，以最快速度到達終點！
In the game, players take on the role of a reckless red minibus (hereafter referred to as "Red Van") driver , who drives at high speeds to earn money to support their family. Players need to move up and down to avoid obstacles and reach the finish line as quickly as possible!
遊戲靈感來自網上多張超速照片，加上製作者以往的經歷，紅Van司機永不減速轉彎。網上更有改圖笑稱紅Van司機比起漫畫頭文字D的賽車手更為厲害。
The game is inspired by numerous online photos of speeding violations, combined with the creator's past experiences. The Red Van driver never brakes while turning. There are even online memes joking that Red Van drivers are more skilled than the racers in the comic "Initial D."
不過，隨著香港的夜生活減少，加上鐵路愈起愈多，紅Van已漸趨式微，玩家就可能是最後一代亡命紅Van傳奇。
