《凝滯聖夜》是一款2D橫向捲軸的解謎遊戲，扮演溫特在宅邸遇到各種事件並解開謎題，還原故事的全部真相。

12月24號，聖誕夜的早晨，窗外的世界充滿了節慶的氣息，但偵探溫特的事務所裡只有一位正在打掃的偵探與他閒到發慌正在大鬧的助手夏洛特。
整理事務所的過程中，他們無意間發現了一張老剪報─「名工匠□□□□一家失蹤」，在夏洛特的強力要求之下，兩人前往了案發的宅邸。
