列传革新战争是一款传统却不失革新的策略战棋类游戏，考验玩家的策略与智慧。
本作以中世纪为游戏背景，玩家可以在这里体验到“王道中的邪道”式新颖故事，故事拥有丰富的人物，所有角色都具有自己的魅力——
包括反派，无一例外。
在故事中玩家将扮演主角玛斯塔奇在幻想中世纪进行冒险；
故事将从冒险团的设立开始，一步步招募新的成员；
在意外中参与国家纷争，最终在机缘巧合下担负了拯救世界的重任。
