About the Game

STORY

There have been strange happenings at the family’s forest cabin since your grandfather’s death. Objects moving, electronics going haywire, and shadows lurking in corners have forced your grandmother to ask for your help. Can you detect the anomalies and get to the bottom of things before it’s too late? Observe rooms in and outside of the cabin during four time frames (morning, afternoon, evening, and the witching hour) and report what you find. Be prepared to spot even subtle differences through the video camera monitor, and ignore the shivers running down your spine.

THE GAME

Anomaly Hour: Forest Cabin features four levels that you can only unlock once you’ve completed the one before. You’re also able to check your progress along the way to make the most of the little time you have left. Blending a mystery subplot with observation-style gameplay, Anomaly Hour is the first chapter in the Kinley family’s terrifying story.

MAKE IT THROUGH THE DAY

Survive all of the anomaly hours to uncover the family's dark past. Every playthrough features randomized anomalies for a unique experience that slowly helps you unravel the truth. You're also able to unlock clues as you complete certain milestones. 

Anomaly Hour: Forest Cabin features four anomaly hours:

  • Morning: The sun is just starting to rise over the lake, but there’s no time for coffee when there are so many strange happenings to take note of. 

  • Afternoon: Natural light floods into the rooms, but there’s nothing natural about the oddities that you’ll uncover through the video camera lens. 

  • Night: Darkness falls, and you’ll have to carry on with your observation under lamplight. How will you fare as shadows lurk in the dimly illuminated corners, and the terror really starts to set in?  

  • Witching Hour: The last level certainly lives up to its name as the horror ramps up. Can you make it through the wee hours of the morning while sinister anomalies haunt your family home?

Some anomalies are more obvious than others, and each hour gets progressively more intense.
